The RoleThe RoleTo lead the development and management of business planning and manage day-to-day related activities. • Assist in the development of all inter-departmental and cross functional processes, systems, and templates to standardise functions, guarantee efficiency and responsiveness, and the delivery of quality output • Maintaining working relationships with various operating entities to enhance coordination and cooperation and participate in cross functional committees • Set objectives and conduct performance appraisals and quarterly reviews with team members • Ensure all resources required by team members to perform effectively are adequately provided |
RequirementsRequirements• Contribute to the formalization of the business planning process within the organization. • Contribute to the business planning exercise , coordinate all activities across the business units, and guarantee quality of all departmental deliverables. • Support the team members in the development of business plan guidelines and ensure adherence across all business and operating units. • Provide adequate support to Corporate Finance in the budgeting and financial planning exercise. • Support business units for the development of operating plans and budgets • Provide support to business development for the development of ROI models and business plan impacts of their various initiatives. • Contribute to develop and monitor the Business Performance Management Process. |
