Job description / Role
Our client is an established and well reputed national institution and we are recruiting for a Business Process Improvement Analyst to develop and implement operational excellence models derived from research, benchmarking data and new initiatives resulting in a change in culture that supports continuous improvement and corporate governance.
Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, reviewing and assessing operational excellence frameworks and quality management systems to ensure that they are effective within the organisation
- Developing and implementing - process control management, process mapping, documentation, metrics, system monitoring and accountability
- Preparation of management reports, presentations and documents
- Developing training materials to coach and mentor business units in working within the frameworks
- Monitoring of processes, policies, procedures and systems to ensure that all programs are aligned with industry best practices
- Developing and implementing business continuity plans and response procedures which are robust and effective
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Must be a lead auditor for ISO 9001 and EFQM certified
- 7 - 10 years experience gained in developing and implementing business excellence and quality management systems and frameworks, preferably within the oil & gas industry
- 3 - 5 years experience gained within a reputable oil & gas organisation
- Ability to understand organisational strategy, operational objectives and statutory and company regulatory legislation, policies and practices
- Ability to develop and re-engineer policies, frameworks, business excellence models
- Ability to conduct research, analyse data, compile reports, carry out analysis and make pragmatic recommendations
Candidate Profile
- Emirati, Jordanian, Tunisian or Moroccan nationalities only will be considered
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential
- Ability to work in teams and influence stakeholders and build effective relationships at all levels within an organisation
