Business Process Leader – Procedure and Master Data

Reporting to the Finance Business Process Support Manager, you will be part of the Business Process Support team and you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the BPS Manager in translating business strategy and plans into business process, business models and master data related projects.
• Overall responsible for integrity of Master Data, Business process and procedures (finance) and Business models write ups.
• Leading , developing, documenting  and maintaining Business process and procedures, Master data and Business models and ensure alignment with business processes of other functions
• Accountable to assessing conceptual impact of new and changes in Business process and procedures, business models and master data on supporting IT tools.
• Leading, analyzing and assessing changes in Borouge business models, business process and procedures , master data  and provide proposal for process re engineering and improvement plans
• Propose and implement Business Process and procedure , master data and business model  improvement  targets, performance indicators, benefits, IT application improvement needs (based e.g. on legislation, standards, authorization)
• Implementing best practices in relation to industry and/or world-class companies relating to Business process and procedures, business models and master data maintenance.
• Assisting BPS depart. manager in delivering all business process and procedure , master data and business model  related enhancement efforts (focused on Borouge 3 and Borouge 2015 improvements) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that business requirements are defined and agreed.

Requirements

As a successful candidate you will have:

* University degree in Finance/IT/Accounting is a must with Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CMA).
* Minimum of 6 years or more of relevant experience in a similar industry
* Excellent understanding of Business process and procedures, business models, master data development of reports and links to business in cross business process areas
* Excellent business understanding, business writing skills and process re engineering skills obtained at a multinational environment
* Excellent IT knowledge and extensive experience with SAP (FI/CO,BW) areas and very good understanding of other SAP modules (SD,MM,PS and etc)
* Proven project team player / team leader
