Business Process Specialist

Job description / Role

Our Client is a large (Semi-Government) manufacturing group company who are looking for a Business Process Specialist.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop procedures, process flows and process instructions
- Establish & improve Business processes throughout the company
- Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate development of processes
- Assess the Business processes to identify and recommend improvements
- Provide training in the use of system and process models
- Create process design and improvement & process mapping
- Identify business requirements for IT applications
- Document detailed design of processes
- Audit of processes

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Engineering / Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Process Management or Analysis exposure
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Business Process improvement
- Lean & Six Sigma Certification

ADDITIONAL SKILLS
- Problem solving, follow through and resolution
- Excellent communication
- Organizational and analytical skills
- High level of proficiency with PC bases software programs
