Job description / Role
RMJM is seeking a Business Services Manager to manage and maintain its studio based in Dubai, ensuring its smooth operation and quality support services function.
The key objective of the role is to ensure that RMJM's studio is maintained professionally and that the staff are supported with an efficient environment and resources to do their work.
The role is fast paced and interesting and will require you to multi-task, make improvements and solve problems, and requires a hands on approach and attention to detail.
Your objectives will be:
* To ensure that information is maintained professionally and able to be accessed in a timely and efficient manner
* To analyse current policies and procedures and to look for improvements in how we do things
* To document administrative and other support systems
* To ensure quality control is maintained in the office
* To ensure that high operational standards are communicated to support staff and maintained
Key responsibilities will include:
* Administration and Information Handling
* Facility Management
* Office welfare
* Archiving
* Quality Assurance / Health and Safety
* Provide high level support to Senior Management when required
* Management of a small team
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration or other relevant Degree desirable
* Able to multi-task and work independently without supervision
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to communicate professionally across all levels, both internally and externally
* Excellent attention to detail
* Supervisory / Office Management experience desirable
* Patient and good with communication on all levels
* Motivate the team
* Pro-active, self starter who is able to use own initiative
* Flexible to undertake new responsibilities when required
