The RoleThe RoleManage and evaluate the operations of the business support functions in GCCIA • Finance • MIS (IT) • Procurement & Contracting • Talent Management (HR) • Warehousing Summarized • Monitor and ensure application of Policies and Procedures for every subordinate function • Ensure coordination among the Business Support functions themselves in addition to coordination with other departments • Set department annual budget and operating plan • Develop, manage and review the maintenance and implementation of financial controls, policies and procedures • Provide leadership in the management of the Human Resources with the aim of enhancing strategy delivery capability • Coordinate the development of financial anagement strategy and policies with Finance • Act as main integrator between Support and Operations, as well as Business Management • Guide the development/review and implementation of comprehensive HR strategy, plans, policies and procedures KPIs • Efficiency of Finance • Efficiency of MIS (IT) • Efficiency of Procurement & Contracting • Efficiency of Talent Management (HR) • Efficiency of Warehousing • Efficiency of Administration • Number of complaints • Budget accuracy |
