Business Support Executive - MENA - Dubai

Our client based in Ireland are recruiting for an experienced, top level Business Support Executive in Dubai. You will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager in Ireland whilst working closely with the Regional Manager covering the MENA region.

Role:
- Develop supplier/customer relationships, with regular communication and be available to support their needs as required.
- Provide an on-going link between customers in the region and the respective functions in Ireland and US.
- Track weekly product sales versus budget highlighting variances.
- Pro-actively monitor live customer RFQs underpinning the focus of the management team in pursuing budgeted volume and price targets.
- Manage and co-ordinate customer requirements with the various functional teams in Ireland, including but not limited to; supply chain updates, regulatory and documentation requirements, specification administration, customer complaints and general pro-active communication delivered to support a first class customer service strategy.
- Build the MENA office intelligence data.
- Own and control data, statistics, and trends relating to the importation of dairy ingredients into the MENA region. Liaise with market intelligence managers in BRG and USA to access relevant reports and data, filtering the appropriate information for MENA.
- Generate and disseminate monthly MENA customer interface market report highlighting key trends in dairy relevant for the region.
- General administrative support for the MENA Regional Manager.

Requirements

- Food/Dairy Sector experience
- Proven analytical skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, SAP competency and good aptitude for IT systems in general is essential.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills are essential
- 3 years experience in a business support or similar customer service role
- Fluent English essential, basic competency in Arabic and French would be a distinct advantage
- Proven ability to deliver on planned actions
