The Shared Services Group (SSG) in Saudi Arabia has an opportunity for an outstanding individual to join the International Business Support team as a Business Support Specialist to support the non-production goods and services. The job requires utilizing the Oracle application to procure commodities associated with the local office, local hires and expatriates. It requires an understanding of the procurement lifecycle. The candidate will also be able to participate in small procurements as well as become a subject matter expert in working with others within and across the region. The successful candidate will have strong skills in building and maturing business relationships as part of working across many sites, business partners, and suppliers.

The candidate will report to the SSG Business Support Manager and will be part of a high performing team of about 14 employees who provide International Business Support to Boeings programs within Saudi Arabia employing over 150+ employees and growing significantly in the next few years.

The candidate will have opportunity to develop skills with International Business Support and the Shared Service Group with possibility of growth across region or globally.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Develop and integrate solutions for complex problems in support of the Boeing operations
- Boeing uses the ORACLE system for non-production procurement and the successful candidate should be familiar with using this or a comparable system such as SAP
- Responsible for all non production procurements
- Ability to implement a lean procurement process
- Ability to utilize the Oracle procurement reporting system to produce management reporting
- Assists and/or leads employee and business partner training
- Supports other administrative functions such as handling business support telecommunications
- Ensures office administrative operations are in compliance with government laws and regulations, company policies, and professional standards
- Creates, edits and maintains electronic and strong written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Communicates effectively with internal and external personnel and customers.
- Develops a strong working relationships and partnership with business partners.
- Ensures completeness and accuracy of data.
- Commits to deadlines and ensures timeliness of tasks.
- Opportunity to act as back up to other team members as needed including action for team leads
- Works with minimal supervision and supervises others of lower level
- Other duties and responsibilities are assigned by management

Requirements

- Bachelor degree and typically 5 or more years' experience related to Procurement, Business Operations Support and working experience with Oracle system.
- Oracle or SAP procurement working experience
- Proficient in English and Arabic language: reading, writing, speaking
- Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to retain composure and flexibility under pressure, to facilitate effective working relationships and workflow
- Demonstrated professional qualities of integrity, reliability, confidentiality, initiative and the ability to work proactively with minimal
- Experienced MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Methodical and thorough with a focus on detail and completion of tasks
- Positive and proactive working attitude and high ethical standards
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively as a team member
- Willingness to learn and apply new skills
