Employment: Full Time

This position is with the Boeing Saudi Arabia Limited, shared Services Group, International Business Support to support Boeing entities in Saudi Arabia.

Under the supervision and directions of the local entity Business Support Manager and in coordination with the Immigration Team Lead provides all the required Employee Services and support including liaison and coordinating all the governmental requirements pertaining to the employees and office such as tracking renewal of licenses, GOSI permits, visas, labor contracts and expatriate assignment and local hire benefit implementation.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Develops solutions to complex and simple variety of problems in support of Boeing operation and international employees relocation in coordination with other departments such as enterprise services, legal department, supplier management and finance and business.
- Support leadership with office operations and office compliance such as setting up Long Range Business plan, Business preparedness plan, and evacuation plan.
- Update management with changes or new governmental processes and enterprise policies changes.
- Communicates effectively with internal and external personnel and customers.
- Develops a strong working relationships and partnership with business partners.
- Assist in clearing governmental payments.
- Ensures completeness and accuracy of data.
- Compile and maintain office and employee records per records management retention and information security policy.
- Commit to deadlines and ensure timeliness of renewals.
- Create, edit and maintain electronic and written communication in both Arabic and English.
- Assist in coordinating and planning the execution of executive visits, conference and special events related to permits and passes.
- Perform transportation duties on needed basis.
- Opportunity to act as back up to other team members as needed.
- Work with minimal supervision and supervises others of lower level.

Requirements

- Proficient in English and Arabic language: reading, writing, speaking.
- Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to retain composure and flexibility under pressure, to facilitate effective working relationships and workflow.
- Demonstrated professional qualities of integrity, reliability, confidentiality, initiative and the ability to work proactively with minimal.
- Professional with high service delivery and customer focus.
- Fluency in Information Technology and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Methodical and thorough with a focus on detail and completion of tasks. Positive and proactive working attitude and high ethical and integrity standards.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
- Willingness to learn and apply new skills.

Qualifications and experience:
High school or undergraduate and typically 5 or more years' related experience on the following: Government relations and general understanding of in-country laws and regulations for labor immigration, Business Operations Support, Employee Services and non-production procurement.

Benefits and pay will be determined at the local level and are not part of the Boeing U.S. based payroll, and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable KSA law. Candidate must be willing to work, at times, flexible schedule and support international phone calls during off hours. Some local/international travel may be required.
