Employment: Full Time

This is a position for a level (4) Business Support Specialist located in Saudi Arabia and in support of the Boeing Shared Services International Business Support organization. The position works with limited oversight and will report to the Business Support Manager and will receive day-to-day direction from this manager.

The candidate will work closely with local government agencies and vendors to pro-actively support the business needs related to Boeing personnel in Saudi Arabia as result of emerging business needs. This includes, but is not limited to, immigration requirements, expatriate assignment benefit implementation, local hire and local office benefit implementation.

The successful candidate will speak the local language and the English language fluently and will have significant prior experience supporting multinationals in Saudi Arabia.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Accountable to the Business Support Manager (BSM) who has responsibility, accountability and authority for the country or region.
- Supports the BSM with the consistent delivery of service, quality, compliance and cost effective support for current and new business activities across all Boeing Business Units.
- Manages complex activities across more than one discipline to deliver, coordinate, and integrate Shared Services (Enterprise Services, Site Services, Supplier Management, Security and Fire Protection, Finance and Business) for Boeing's operations and employees.
- Delivers these services locally or coordinates service delivery by centralized functions and teams throughout the region and the USA, including the support of international assignees (i.e. relocation assistance, immigration support), locally hired employees (i.e. payroll, benefits administration, immigration support), and local entity/program requirements (i.e. entity registration assistance, local business tax regulations assistance).
- Represents, supports and coordinates with various corporate functions such as International Finance, Tax, Legal, Communications, Human Resources and others on matters pertaining to the compliant and efficient operation of Boeing's legal entities in an assigned location/country/region (including company registry, local tax, workplace safety, import/export, and labor laws, and Boeing policies).
- Supports the BSM with compliant Boeing infrastructure (office facilities) and safety and security (disaster planning and business continuity) within the assigned location/country/region.
- Supports/coordinates executive and non-executives visits, conferences, and other special events, and other special events, including translation services.
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets goals.
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships and partnerships with Business Partner and SSG business leaders to understand country, site, regional and business strategy and to ensure alignment of services with strategic imperatives.
- Maintains close working relationship with the respective functions at various levels of HR, Security, Finance, Communications, Ethics, IT, and Business Operations.
- Communicates with Business Partners regarding SSG operations and performance to plan, new SSG initiatives, and service delivery issue resolution for assigned location/country/region.
- Provides oversight and approval of approaches, products and processes.
- Supports the BSM with the development, implementation, and management of the annual Long Range Business Plan.
- Supports the allocation of shared office costs to business partners as appropriate.
- Represents the BSM when he or she is out of office in meetings and action completion.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Requirements

- College degree preferred or combination of education and work experience required.
- Detailed knowledge Business Operation Support and other administrative tasks as mentioned in the job description.

Candidate must be willing to work, at times, flexible schedule and support international phone calls during off hours. Some local/international travel may be required.
