Job description / Role
Identifies business requirements resulting from new Agreements and/or Agreement Amendments
Drafting business requirements and finalizing with QG Finance and Supply management and obtaining agreement.
Prepares project and work plans for system enhancements, taking into consideration criticality, priority and resources.
Working with the various internal parties (Supply, IT) to develop detailed plans and implement them. Stewarding progress during the implementation phase.
Documenting the resulting processes. Training / transitioning the processes to QG personnel.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of procurement, contracts and warehouse management business processes
- SAP-MM systems support and implementation experience
- Preference given to those with oil and gas experience
- Conducts research into best business practices and performs fit-gap analysis
- Minimum 10 years experience
