The RoleThe RoleThis role is responsible for managing the assessment of training requirements, development of training material, and the training of staff members in the Orbit Bahrain Head Office and regional offices on Subscriber Management System (SMS) and its subsystems functionalities and procedures. The role is also responsible for fulfilling, when necessary, Business Analysis, Planning and Quality Control Analyst responsibilities. It reports to the Business Analyst. Developing comprehensive training material. Training staff members in the Orbit Bahrain Head Office and regional offices on SMS and its subsystems functionalities and procedures. Developing and revising documentations (e.g. Orbit Business Policy Manual and User procedures) to reflect changes to business policies, products, the customer service organisational structure and responsibilities and communicating the changes to all relevant Orbit staff members and dealers. Handling escalated enquiries that require supervisory involvement. Liaising closely with staff members in the Orbit Bahrain Head Office and regional offices. |
RequirementsRequirements•Close attention to details. Pleasant personality. Good organisational and analytical skills; •Ability to work under pressure. Team player. Strong deadline orientation; •Excellent presentational skills. Strong computer literacy, especially using Microsoft Office products, for example, Word, Excel, and Outlook; •Extensive knowledge of all areas of the SMS and its subsystems functionalities. Excellent understanding of all Orbit business policies and how they relate to procedures; •Excellent command of written and spoken English. Strong supervisory skills. |
