The RoleThe RoleOur client is a large, commercial organization in Saudi Arabia who is seeking to train some 1,000 managers in performance management skills and developing KPIs over a 12 month period. We are seeking a group of qualified, Arabic speaking trainers to design and deliver the training in 4 locations in Saudi Arabia. Applications from qualified Saudi nationals are encouraged. RequirementsRequirementsTo be successful in this role you will need: Ability to deliver in Arabic and English Demonstrate a knowledge of performance management systems and writing smart KPIs Prerequisite Experience: Ideally a graduate with a training and/or HR qualification Fluent Arabic speaker with experience of delivery in Saudi Evidence of training design and delivery Evidence of business training, particularly performance management /KPIs |
