Job description / Role
Our client is a large, commercial organization in Saudi Arabia who is seeking to train some 1,000 managers in performance management skills and developing KPIs over a 12 month period.
We are seeking a group of qualified, Arabic speaking trainers to design and deliver the training in 4 locations in Saudi Arabia. Applications from qualified Saudi nationals are encouraged.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Delivering performance management training
• Facilitating and collating feedback and “smart” KPIs
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Ability to deliver in Arabic and English
• Demonstrate a knowledge of performance management systems and writing “smart” KPIs
Prerequisite Experience:
• Ideally a graduate with a training and/or HR qualification
• Fluent Arabic speaker with experience of delivery in Saudi
• Evidence of training design and delivery
• Evidence of business training, particularly performance management /KPIs
