Our client is a dynamic multinational Pharmaceutical Company with a diverse product portfolio and strong pipeline.

They are seeking a Business Unit Director for their Oncology portfolio of medicines based out of their office in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You are an experienced manager who can add significant value to the company by representing their Oncology products in a highly strategic and professional manner.

Using your strong leadership, influence and motivational skills you will drive the therapeutic area plan and team to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.

Requirements

- Possess a relevant Life Science, Medical or Business Degree combined with 10+ years professional experience with significant exposure to the Oncology therapeutic area, postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc) is preferable
- Couple a thorough understanding of the Oncology environment within Saudi Arabia with demonstrated results and achievements
- Have significant experience developing, leading and managing highly focused multifunctional teams
- Be a strategic thinker who is adept at maximizing the company's product portfolio across the full product life cycle (pre-launch, market access strategy to maintaining existing product market share)
- Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Health Care Providers.
