NTS Group are working with a leading global multinational company to recruit a Business Unit Head in Riyadh, KSA.

Reporting into the GM, this position develops and implements the countries business plans which will deliver the business objectives through the overall management of all sales & marketing activities.

Main Responsibilities Include
* Develop & implement the business plans for the KSA in alignment with the regional objectives.
* Deliver sales and profit targets given by the annual business plan (full P&L Responsibilities).
* Ensure Saudi input into regional projects.
* Implement new business strategy with regards to new channel.
* Lead, establish and develop relationship with distributors in the KSA.

Requirements

* Sales Management experience.
* Marketing experience.
* 5+ years business experience.
* Excellent technical & clinical product knowledge.
* Have financial understanding of running a business (P&L management) and of contractual relationship with distributors.
* Be able to develop business case that assess current and potential market viability.
* Be able to lead & develop relationship with distributors.
* Understand and anticipate customers needs and have a strong customer focus.
