Business Unit Manager / Lebanon - Beirut

Main purpose of job:
Build and manage a New Mothers Free Gift Sampling Educational Program in Lebanon and similar activities. Liaise with maternity hospitals throughout Lebanon and present the program. Above all you should maintain a good rapport with hospitals, hospital administration, nurses & midwives and be responsible of a small team of female representatives.

Responsibilities on a Project Level
1.Identify lists of private and government hospitals, their contact details, key people and their location.
2.Contact hospitals and arrange appointments with the hospital administration / officers, aiming to present COMPANY Lebanon New Mother Educational campaign.
3.Sign agreements with hospitals for performing company Lebanon New Mother Education campaign inside their premises.
4.Negotiate with the hospital admin and align on Nurses / midwives sampling.
5.Train the nurses around Lebanon on detailing to the mothers, including collection of Proof of Delivery (data collection).
6.Recruit and a team of three (3) female Representatives/Samplers in Beirut, Tripoli, Saida and manage them.
7.Plan hospitals gifts supply on a daily / weekly and monthly basis.
8.Report on issues / feedback from hospitals. Oversee day to day problems solving in hospitals.
9.Report on any competitive activity taking place inside the hospitals.
10.Perform quality control checks on nurses / midwives / samplers their presentations and overall performance.
11.Prepare weekly and monthly production targets for the warehouse area & hospital-wise per month.
12.Perform quality control checks on gift kits assembled.
13.General coordination with warehouse for program deliverables, ordering of stock etc.
14.Establish systems to follow-up with hospitals on receipt of items and items re-order
15.Based on the hospital visits already completed, prepare weekly / monthly and annual reports on the execution of the project. Reports should include information such as:
- Hospitals engaged in the program
- Mothers Sampled each month per hospital
- Data collected from mothers
- Mothers missed
- Hospital-wise stock balance
- Any similar activity observed in the hospital (if any)
- Any comments / suggestions from the doctor / nurse / health professionals.
- Maintain awareness of any possible threats to the business and report to the management accordingly.
16.Manage the payroll of the team & P&L of the project targeting to lower execution costs.

Requirements

1.Ability to develop professional relationships with health care professionals.
2.Ability to liaise with hospital administration / nurses / doctors / health educators in a professional and organized manner;
3.Ability to build professional relationships.
4.Educated to degree level;
5.Professional qualifications in a relevant discipline;
6.At least 3 years relevant experience;
7.Excellent interpersonal skills;
8.Excellent analytical skills;
9.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
10.Valid Lebanese driving license.
11.Use of own car would be considered a plus
