NTS Group are working exclusively with a leading Multinational Healthcare Company to recruit a Business Manager for KSA.
The Business Manager is responsible for all marketing and sales activities to achieve the company objectives within business policies and guidelines as well as departmental budget.
At this level, the position has a greater degree of impact on the business results and typically, responsibility for managing a group of professionals.
Requirements
- Degree in Science / Medicine.
- Degree in Business from a reputable institution would be an advantage.
- Experience in leading/managing a team ? Experience creating new customer solutions
- Generally requires (6-8) years related experience (selling and/or sales management) and people management
- Experience selling the capital equipment industry portfolio is required
- Experience as a successful Sales Manager in a Saudi healthcare company is also preferred
