Job description / Role

A highly successful international luxury retail brand with operations in the UAE is looking to hire a Buyer to join their dynamic and high performing team in Dubai.

As the Buyer, you will be taking over the following responsibilities:

- Developing the product ranges for your assigned category, ensuring that it is in line with the brand's standards and set budgets.

- Maintaining good working relationships with suppliers and negotiating for the best prices

- Sourcing new products and keeping the offerings to the international level

- Identifying the competitors' offerings and keeping up with the new trends in the industry

- Producing reports on the range plans and performance

Requirements

To be a successful candidate, you should have the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or related field

- Substantial years of buying experience preferably in high end luxury retail

- Strong commercial acumen

- Proficient in Word and Excel

- Strong influencing, communication and negotiation skills

- Arabic communication skills is preferable but not essential
