Buying Executive - Automall - UAE

We are currently seeking an experienced Buying Executive to join the Al Futtaim Automall team in the UAE.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- To Prospect and purchase required vehicles at the recommended price.
- To achieve the budgeted Gross margin.
- To ensure that the stock mix is balanced and priced appropriately for faster stock turnover.
- Ensure that the customer is provided with a delightful experience on every occasion.
- Ensure that every opportunity to source vehicle for sale through the wholesale channel is utilised to buy and sell vehicles.
- Ensure that the vehicle inspection is accurately captured in Vehicle inspection form and the value is derived appropriately.

Automall is highly customer focused and performance oriented. It is important that the job holder is self-driven and motivated to excel in both these parameters. Buying Team is the only source to get the vehicles for Automall and hence this position is highly critical to the success of the organisation.

Requirements

- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Diploma or Graduation.
- Minimum Experience: 1 year
- Job-Specific Skills: Experience in Buying or selling of vehicles, Floor experience in a major Franchise Workshop, MS Office Skills, verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Behavioral Competencies: Ability to handle high level of activity, Emotional Maturity to handle and satisfy internal and external customers, Sensitivity and Team Work to work and excel in a multicultural work environment. Ability to remain focused on the set monthly targets and to be self-driven to achieve and excel them. Ability to do self- review and continuously improve.
