Job description / Role
* Prepare and development of conceptual design
* Prepare and develop architectural detailing and specification design
* Coordinate with other departments regarding to design
* Ensure conceptual and detail stages within set project timelines
Requirements
Candidate MUST have experience in restaurant and F&B interior design to be considered for the role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical ability and a good eye for detail design and a strong creative side.
You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team and we require a candidate who has the ability to quickly absorb company standards and procedures, hold excellent oral and written communication skills, and has excellent planning and organizational skills.
you will have experience in performing site inspections and reviewing drawings for verification of design intent as well as reviewing mock-ups, material and finish submittals prior to final review by the Senior Designer.
