Job description / Role
We are currently seeking dynamic and energetic Architectural CAD Technicians to join one of our prestigious project in Qatar. In this role you will be responsible for producing accurate design drawings for all aspects of the assigned projects from concept drawing stage to construction stage drawings.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
- Proven ability in the development and preparation of CAD drawings from preliminary concepts and sketches.
- Experience in working as a team member to coordinate design projects with architects/engineers and other CAD Technicians.
- Working knowledge of international drawing standards and symbols and ensuring QA/QC procedures and standards are maintained.
- Must be proficient in the use of computer design and thoroughly understand Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, PhotoShop and other programs required for design and drafting.
Requirements
- A recognised Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- The successful candidate will have at least 7 years Architectural CAD post grad experience.
- Previous experience gained within a Consultancy Firm and within the Gulf Region is a prerequisite for this project.
