Job description / Role
Job Purpose:
Handle the CAPEX budget preparation, loading the budget in Oracle System for the CACPEX Projects as well as non projects, monitor and reporting
CAPEX budget status on monthly basis, preparing CAPEX monthly reports for the management review and investigate users queries
Key Responsiblities:
Functional (Process / Technical / Operational)
. Involving in the preparation of the Omantel and Omanmobile CAPEX budget
. Creating and loading the CAPEX Projects Budget ID
. Creating and loading Non Project CAPEX Budget
. Regular Monitoring of the CAPEX Budget
. Preparing monthly OT and OM CAPEX review status for the management
. Communicating and solving end user CAPEX issues
. Act as the Back Up of the CEC (CAPEX Evaluation Committe) Coordinator

. All business and funcational units

. Involves the control of approximately millions of rials
People
. Has to deal with approximately 30 people (Eningeer, Budget coordinaters, Managers, GM's etc.)
Key Performance Indicators
. Monthly CAPEX Budget status report for Omantel as well as Oman Mobile, Budget variances, Quantity of User's requests handled

Minmum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
Technical Skills
. Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle System (Project Accounting)
