Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Producing weekly EIBOR exchange rate updates for wider circulation.
- Maintain custody of the company's cheques.
- Manage e company's petty cash.
- Assist in the verification of Mortgage Advisor's commission.
- Balance reconciliation and confirmation with suppliers (and vice versa). Annually
- Maintenance of various expense trackers on monthly basis
- Participation in the bi - annual audit and wider annual procurement audit, ensuring the functin passes the audit review. Annually
- Ensure appropriate filling, scanning and archival of documents.
- Preparation of monthly internal reports.
- Closing Trial balance along with all the accruals at every month end.
- Perform End to End process from invoice receive, enter, validate, approve and making payments against the invoice.
- Responsible to upload all the payments into bank's ProCash system and ensure the authorized signatories approved the payment.
- Printing of cheques from bank's ProCash system and handing over the suppliers.
- Enter all the GL entries related to bank transactions and accruals.
- Maintained relationship with existing banks in terms of funds requirement and placements.
- Ensure vehicle fines received are logged and deposited into the bank account.
- Ensure all the HRMS entri come properly for payroll and other advances given to employees.
- Reconcile all the HRMS transaction payments via Oracle bank reconciliation.
- Monthly emails to all the departments to get BSC numbers
- Compilation of all the scores and prepare monthly BSC
- Oversee procurement related stuff for issuing LPO's, requisition and quotation etc.
- Oversee work of procurement related activities along with audit trails.
- Provide job cover for Administration colleagues in the events of holidays / sick leaves etc.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects from time to time.
- Other duties as necessary.
- Ensure relevant documents are provided to internal and external auditors.
- Ensure the policies and procedures of the department are updated on a regular basis.

Requirements

- Good understanding on Accounting, Book keeping and Financial Reporting
- Require working knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and presentation skills, as well as in reporting.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Minimum years of experience 1
- Finance graduate, preferably pursuing ACCA/CA
