CCMS Administrator

Job description / Role

Kentz now has a requirement for an experienced Construction and Completions Management System Administrator based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- To provide CCMS support to engineering project, He/she shall report to the regional completions and commissioning manager.
- Must have full awareness of design office & construction/commissioning work procedures.
- Set-up CCMS system in contractors organization.
- Prepare and ensure effective roll-out and dissemination of procedures to all design,
- Work with project engineers, design engineers, construction, commissioning personnel to set-up and administer CCMS structures for all projects.
- Ensure timely and quality update during project development, construction and commissioning phases.

Requirements

- Engineering Degree/Diploma.
- At least 5 years experience with project engineering, construction or commissioning supervision.
- Experience in managing/co-ordinating multi-discipline design or construction projects.
- Must have systems completions certification experience.
- Experience with setting up a CCMS System from start through to project close-out is preferred.
- Experience in any of the following systems: WinPCS, GoCompletions or CompleteIT
- Awareness of turnover process
- Proficient in written & spoken English. Self motivated with an ability to work on his own. Good communication skills with all levels of personnel.
