CCO/SVP Sales

Job description / Role

A leading governmental organization based in Abu Dhabi is looking to recruit experienced CCO/SVP Sales professional. The desired candidates must have experience with management and aviation sales.

The job roles include:
- Lead growth initiatives in-line with the company's 5-year business plan (strategy development and execution).
- Lead sales administration (interaction with companies in spares supported campaigns, deal approval processes, management of company commercial team).
- Participate in company BD strategy development initiatives.
- Participate in disposition / remarketing activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field
- Must have experience with aviation sales
- Must have leasing experience
- 5 to 10 years of management or leadership experience
- Strong Microsoft office skills - particularly excel
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning, organizing and integration skills
- Strong knowledge in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organizational commitment
- Strong drive to grow capabilities
