- Operate and monitor all systems (CCTV system) within the Control Room in an efficient manner ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation and the codes of practice.
- Record all events and actions taken in a clear, legible and accurate written format.
- Provide an efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and deal efficiently with all enquiries.
- Maintain the provision of information required by the CCTV Security Assistant to assist monitoring of the CCTV system and other security systems in accordance with the regulations set up and the continuity and admissibility of evidential material.
- Maintain a secure system for providing data in accordance with the regulations set up and ensure the security of the control room and equipment is maintained at all times.
- Administration of all staffing matters for the control room, including preparation of the monthly shift rotation (ensuring sufficient coverage during periods of sickness and annual leave).
- Keep the management information system up to date and produce monthly/quarterly performance reports, as required.
- Ensure that tapes/discs are stored securely under the Data Protection regulations and maintain the security of the control room environment.

Requirements

- Bachelors Holder
- 5 years in a similar role.
- Effective Communication, Excel competence.
- Problem Solving, Confidence, Vigilance
