Job description / Role
The CEM Technical Complaints Expert should have following skillset:
- Excellent grasp of telecommunications trends and technologies, both mobile & fixed line.
- Excellent Business Intelligence skills including SQL
- Deep understanding of Business Objects reporting, universe design and administration. Understanding Data Vault database model is a plus
- Understanding of high volume transaction environments, preferably in the Telecommunications space
- Operational or strategic exposure to contact centers
- Understanding business priorities in Telco company
- Acting as the escalation point for advanced business critical technical support issues
- Coordinating incident management across the technical support environment in order to ensure maximum availability of our services.
- Proven ability to work with all levels of internal resources
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Experience working with Oracle (is a plus)
Requirements
- Having demonstrated experience either on the client side or vendor side for customer experience, Voice of the Customer consulting or technical solutions - Min. 5 years
- Having hands-on technical experience in IT large scale system integration project (CRM, Billing, Order Management) - Min. 5 years
- Having marketing/customer service/customer data analytics and/or research experience - Min. 3 years
- Business Intelligence or Database Design role in telecoms - Min. 2 years
- Recognized University Degree in a suitable field
- Consulting Experience (is a plus) - Min. 2 years
