Employment: Full Time

Seeking a CEO/Head of Business for an established BPO, KPO & Contact Center business (that's part of a highly successful multinational IT Products & Services Company) and spearhead the next phase of exponential local, regional and international growth for this line of independent unit.

Candidates need to be outstanding achievers with demonstrable leadership qualities and accomplishments in driving above par growth leveraging an astute combination of strategy, innovation & teamwork.

Candidates will be directly responsible to achieve growth targets in revenues, portfolio and bottom lines & agreed expansion plans and oversee all key functions like Operations, Finance, HR, IT & Admin.

A natural go-getter, the candidate will have an infectiously positive attitude and aggression to motivate self and team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

Candidates applying for this position need to be CEOs / CEO aspirants with commensurate qualifications & experience. We seek Arabic & English speaking candidates (preferably Omani Nationals) or exceptional Arab nationals with outstanding educational background that encompasses a graduate degree with post graduate in management from leading US/UK institutions.

Candidates will have an overall experience of 12-15 years with at least 8 years in similar lines of business as ours and currently at executive management position heading the organization or heading the business development & operations function.

Candidates will have keen business acumen and team management skills to sense and create markets & long term sustainable business models that continually drive growth and leadership position for the business embracing agility, technology & excellence based differentiators.
