The Role


The Role


This a new position, will be heading up the finance function for the Energy Division of one of the largest groups in the Middle East.

Reporting to the CEO for the Energy, the CFO will define the process and implement the infrastructure/systems needed to support substantial growth over the next five to 10 years within the refinery and operations. You will continue to build and manage effective and streamlined administrative/financial systems, including financial, accounting and physical infrastructure.

As a member of the senior management team, you will be involved in strategic planning, evaluation, and professional development initiatives, as well as planning for the divisions future.

Requirements


You will need to have at least 15 years of senior finance experience
Recent experience in the Oil & Gas or Engineering sectors are essential.
Setup/start up experience is needed, ERP and team building is key.
This is position is based in Ras Lanuf in Libya and relocating there is necessary.

Package on offer: 18,000USD per month, plus housing, transport, living allowance, business class tickets, 10 weeks on - 2 weeks off rotation.
