CFO

Job description / Role

Our client is a large Group with interests across the Telecommunication sector. They currently require an experienced CFO.

Based in Dubai, the Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the CEO and act as a Business Partner.

The role will include the following duties:
- Oversee cash flow planning.
- Maintain relationships with the banks for the purposes of raising finance.
- Oversee investment.
- Develop, key financial objectives that support the company's strategic plans.
- Prepare Financial Planning reports.
- Prepare Budget for the Group and Forecast.
- Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
- Work with the CEO on the strategic vision of the business.
- Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is maintained.

Requirements

Min Qualifications
- Graduate.
- CMA/CPA/ACCA or Equivalent Degree.

Min Experience
-10 years experience in various aspects of Finance and 5+ years of experience in a senior Management/Director equivalent in the Finance Department.

Job-Specific Skills
- Sound financial skills in all areas (accounting, internal control and management control) - professional accounting qualification essential.
- Good knowledge of business processes.
- Experience in a Project Based environment is ADVANTAGEOUS.

Salary
AED 50000 - AED 55000
