CFO

Job description / Role

Leap29 are currently working with a large holding company in the UAE, who are seeking a new CFO to join and lead the Finance and Accounts team within their firm. They are seeking someone who has experience dealing with restructuring and rebuilding teams or in constructing a team from ground level.

You would be reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors. It would be your responsibility to build and structure the Finance and Accounts Departments as the company are currently looking to reorganise their current team. You would also be expected to provide weekly reports to the CEO on the progress of this. Initially it will also be your responsibility to train guide and develop the Finance team until you have a strong level of Finance Managers that can take over this responsibility, it will still be duty to continue to guide and develop those managers.

Requirements

- 15 years experience
- At least 5 years of that experience as a CFO
- Proven record of building teams and departments
- Experience in a holding company or real estate company is essential.
- Arabic language skills would be a strong advantage.

In return you will receive a very generous salary package including basic accommodation and transport. You will also receive a set annual bonus.
