CPOV Manager – First Motor Company – Saudi Arabia

To profitably manage the Used Car Business for the assigned specific portfolio by executing sales strategies and application of standard operating procedures.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:
* Achieve volume and net margin budget for Used Cars.
* Minimize financial risk through close control of Retail and Trade disposal routes and vehicle ageing
* Maintain cost control, debtor control and adherence to all Company policy and procedures
* Meet vehicle stock turn targets
* The purchasing of vehicles to ensure adequate stock levels to achieve targets.
* Achieve highest possible Customer Satisfaction scores.
* Develop a performance culture throughout every site.
* Provide support for all branches to achieve Used car targets
* Develop team underwriting and used car sales skills through controls, coaching and training
* Develop and implement best practice and analyze the business to identify strengths/development areas.
* Ensure first class retail presentation standards

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following: 

* Degree from any recognized University or equivalent
* Minimum 10 years Automotive experience
* Knowledge of Used Car retail and trade sales
* Automotive Retail Management experience is essential
* KSA/GCC experience preferred
* High level Automotive Retail experience
* Business acumen
* Competitive & results focus

* Leadership and development
* Strong Interpersonal Skills
* An understanding of IT systems with MS Office skills
