Job description / Role
This role is a client side Project Manager opportunity to work with a leading development group out of DOHA.
The role will form part of an integral 6 person client team who will in their part assess and monitor the PMO, PMC and Consultants in the delivery of the Project Portfolio.
The team will work as the client agent team in the successful driving of the key portfolio projects to ensure their timing and financial success.
The Project Manager will have 12 years, Pre and Post contract experience within ideally CRE and would be ideally be process driven, strong presentation skills and stake holder management interface,, equalling strong written skills and must be a team player.
The projects will require strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work round issues to successful resolution, the role would suit someone looking to make their mark in the business.
The role will cover;
Client Representative with key stakeholder development client.
Design & Concept Planning Coordination
Progress Monitoring and Reporting
HSE & QA/QC Monitoring
Technical Reports
Construction Management
Leading Site Supervision Team
Local Authority Liaison (NOCs, permits, commissioning and handover)
Technical / Engineering Reports
Budget Requests, commercial input
Programme Review, Monitoring and Reporting
Weekly & Monthly Progress Meetings
Submittal Review / Design Coordination
Package is negotiable depending on match to the brief and overall experience. to max 45k QR
Requirements
We are looking ideally for an immediately available candidate with 12 years experience +, 3 years minimum in the GCC and the remainder in the UK.
Candidates should be Degree Qualified in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/ Build Engineering etc.
You will probably come from a CRE background within a chartered surveying practice,
Ideally you will be chartered at PMP, MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB, MICE, or other recognised Level.
You will have ideally major experience in working for a PMC, or major international construction management company.
Excellent English Written and Verbal.
