CRM Administrator

Job description / Role

One of Saudi Arabias leading IT Solutions Providers is looking for a CRM Administrator to maintain Salesforce CRM.

As a CRM Administrator you will undertake administration, development of reports and dashboards, end user training and manage ongoing development of the system.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
- Working with management, strategic planning & analysis staff and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules and data validation.
- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards.
- Create and document application requirements.
- Manage the software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual software testing.
- Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Train new and existing users on how to use applications.
- Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.

Salary: 15000 - 20000 SAR + benefits

Requirements

The successful candidate must be currently living in Riyadh. They will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring Saleforce.com for 50+ users, along with a Bachelors degree.
- Good leadership and communication skill.
- Excellent English skill both oral and writing.
- Excellent consultative skill and good at customer handling
