Job description / Role
Our client is looking for a CRM Analyst. It is essential you have a retail banking background and the following skill set:
Excellent knowledge in RDBMS, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, SharePoint, C#
Preferred to have knowledge on IBM Message broker 7.
Excellent knowledge of MSSQL, PL/SQL and SSIS Packages
Excellent knowledge on Banking domain CRM and workflow systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation
Ability to review, understand and improve system related documentation
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
10-12 years development, support and project experience.
Computer Science degree or equivalent.
Good business understanding.
Project Management skills
Good analytical / communication / people skills.
