The RoleThe RoleCRM Business Analyst sought by our major Telecommunications client as part of continued growth and expansion. Forming part of the Consumer Marketing, Customer Acquisition & Retention team you will be responsible for Marketing, Pricing, CRM & Intelligence. Duties will include CRM strategy for all business operations now and for the future, identify best practices, conduct feasibility studies and with key departments work to implement. Ensure CRM technical architecture & capability is present in vendor solutions working with IT. |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidates will be given further consideration with the following competencies: - Degreed - Minimum 8 years of marketing, strategy and/or CRM experience of which 4 years in CRM strategy development (in Telecommunications). |
