Job description / Role
A major client of Florence International Consulting is seeking a CRM Functional/Systems Analyst to be added to their team. The following are the responsibilities:
Minimum of 3 years of experience within MS CRM Dynamics preferably within the Health or Insurance industry.
Prior project plan development experience using MS Project
Have thorough knowledge of analyzing the requirements across the board
Develop and implement reporting for tracking of quote activity, wins, losses, business forecasting, and other internal reports.
Respond to software issues reported by users, conduct research to determine correction action, and develop and deploy patches and upgrades to existing systems.
