CRM Manager and Sales Controller

Job description / Role

- Monthly maintenance and updates of the Business Review Reports
- Business Object Reporting
- Provides reports and analysis to support the Sales Managers in target setting process/budgeting
- Reporting of any analysis result to the National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Controller
- Implementation of MEA Incentive Plan (to be developed)
- Implementation of the Sales Targeting Tool, followed by regular maintenance and update of same (to be developed)
- Support to Sales Manager in measuring and analyzing the country's sales contribution and company target achievement in progress as well as measuring and analyzing any market segmentation data
- Enforces compliance rules regarding sales related admin and sales finance processes
- Support implementation, development and maintenance of the CRM system
- Provides CRM Training to the new users and refreshment training to the existing users
- Provides assistance to all national users in CRM related issues
- Assists in enforcing the proper and professional usage of the CRM system

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 working year in Sales, Operations or Finance (preferred)
- Good understanding of processes within Sales, Finance and Operations
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Tool is beneficial
- Experience in giving training to the end users
- English (written and spoken) - advanced
- Availability for business traveling
- High standards of confidentiality to handle sensitive information
