The Role


The Role


Our client, a leading marketing services agency, is currently seeking a CRM Manager to join their expanding and fast paced team.

Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for developing acquisition, retention and growth strategies for the client’s comprehensive CRM program. Under supervision, conceptualise and implement DM acquisition campaigns - including strategy, mechanics, communication channels, creative, response channels and budget requirements. Also, you will submit post program analysis for 1-2-1 activities, including ROI. Other duties will include developing and maintaining customer communication programs i.e. Welcome Packs, Newsletters and Care Letter. You will also track, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of existing CRM processes, analyse database reports and submit recommendations. This role will involve working with the Brand Agency on the development of excellent DM creative work – especially offline.

As a successful candidate you will educated to degree level with 2-4 years experience in a similar environment. You will need to be a strong communicator, an extremely fast learner and be able to manage the client and internal relationship at all levels of the organisations.
