Employment: Full Time

Our client is looking for an expereinced Arabic Speaking CRM Manager (Customer Relationship Manager), based in Kuwait.

Large Food Group based in Kuwait managing a large number of multinational food franchises.

CRM Manager main responsibilities include:
* Maintain the CRM as well as other internal tools and processes
* Work with internal teams to improve workflows
* Identify causes of problems and suggest possible solutions
* Generate various reports through internal tools
* Dynamic reporting
* Use the system to conduct data mining activities
* Use data to improve internal processes
* Data cleaning processes

* Must be fluent in Arabic & English
* Strong communication skills
* Strong research skills
* Strong organisation skills
* Have high attention to detail
* Have experience within a market intelligence unit
* Extensive data mining experience
* Have expereince managing a company-wide CRM system
* Tech savvy
