CRM Manager - Dubai

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager with strong project management skills to join a leading professional services firm.

To be suitable for this role you must have at least 4-5 years of experience project managing new CRM system rollouts across regional & international offices, process change, CRM training, display advertising and data/analytics/reporting.

Key responsibilities:
* Work closely with 3rd party supplier to ensure CRM system meets Firms user requirements
* Provide 3rd party supplier support and information in a timely and accurate manner
* Work with 3rd party supplier to oversee smooth integration of CRM system into the Firm
* Dedicate necessary time to system testing prior to 'go live' of CRM system
* Spend time performing function searches upon initial dummy run of CRM to highlight data with missing/ incorrect information
* Work closely with and support Firms Finance department on data clean of previous system ready for integration
* Devise and roll out CRM marketing campaign to raise awareness across the Firm
* Develop practice area and support staff CRM user training curriculum and materials including developing roll out training to new joiners of the Firm
* Train Marketing Team on CRM functionality to ensure each user can maximise use of the tool in their day to day activities
* Devise CRM best practices for all users
* Work with practice areas and individual lawyers to go through contacts and assign to relevant mailing / marketing lists
* Work with practice areas and lawyers to devise reporting mechanisms to assist in their business development activities
* Devise communications plan to clients to obtain updated client contact information and ask clients to tick which alerts/ events they wish to be contacted about
* Provide critical analysis of the data in the Firms CRM system to understand:
* Patterns
* Develop best practices
* Ensure integrity of the data in the system
* Analyze and resolve ongoing CRM functionality issues in a timely and accurate manner
