Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- CRM marketing and Campaign Delivery.
- Primarily responsible for campaign planning and management, driving email strategy, sharing results, vendor management, forecasting and expense tracking.
- Develop and manage all seasonal email marketing efforts, forecasting resource requirements, managing relationships, calendars, content plans and communicating timelines.
- Leads customer intelligence initiatives.
- Manage of analysis to determine impact of CRM initiatives and programs on short and long-term sales, ROI.
- Develops strong understanding of key drivers of brand business to identify insights to drive future plan strategy and plan development.
- Manage sound experimental test designs for CRM initiatives and programs.
- Manage sound analytic approaches to general marketing and business questions.
- Manage development and planning of corporate database management.
- Continuously aware of and testing new technology, methodology and programs to advance learning and results.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, scheduling appropriate meetings and routing deliverables for approval by stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- 5+ years experience in business analysis, database marketing analysis, direct marketing or CRM, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- 2+ years experience in response modeling and customer segmentation.
- 2+ years experience in direct marketing strategy development.
- E-commerce experience with demonstrated knowledge of online marketing tactics, contact strategy development, campaign optimization and circulation planning.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of end-to-end management of eCRM programmes, from briefing to copywriting, design, segmentation and testing.
- Project /Budget/ financial plan development and management skills.
- Ability to turn around stunning campaigns on tight timelines.
- Experience with mobile marketing.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to effectively network and leverage internal and external resources.
- Proven ability to manage customer database/CRM systems.
- Extensive experience in analytical segmentation, response analysis, ROI analysis, modeling, and measurement methodology
- Ability to work successfully with a variety of software applications including: Microsoft Excel, Word, SQL-based software (e.g., Access), statistical software (e.g., SAS or SPSS), and CRM applications.
- Proven ability to manage staff.
