Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

My client a leading financial services organisation is looking for a Project Manager to manage a complete CRM implementation initiative end-to-end. A Project Manager with experience implementing large IT transformation projects who can really drive change.

Project Management delivery experience, with involvement in large, business critical Oracle/Siebel CRM/Java platforms being highly regarded and experience with any other Cloud based CRM would be advantageous.

Role:
- Manage the detailed project plan, project tracking, and completion of project deliverables such as functional specifications, architecture documents, technical specs and development of user manual according to the plan.
- Manage change requests till completion. Resolve incidents/problems within SLA timeframe
- Comply with standards and policies defined by IT governance and internal control framework, IT QMS and IT policies and procedures including use of online PHR and portfolio management, EPM for project planning, Timelogger, Remedy, SLA inputs, Time sheet updates.
- Root cause analysis for problems and ensure that they are addressed.
- Reducing the number of incidents and ensuring vendor deliveries have the required quality.
- Regular updates to business on their incident and problem status

Requirements

- 8 years of experience with 5+ years of Project Management experience
- 3-5 years of end-to-end large scale Siebel implementation experience of 1000+ user base
- Undergraduate Degree, Prince2, PMBOK, PMP Certification
- CRM Banking expertise in Sales, Marketing & Service
- Proven Project Management experience.
- Proven Quality Assurance and Documentation Management expertise
- Proven track record of delivering large, business critical systems
- Proven ability to flex the change strategy as the business model changes
- Ability to understand and rationalize Business requirements
- Knowledge & understanding of Retail and/or Wholesale Banking processes would be a big PLUS
- Functional & Technical Knowledge of Siebel CRM with Banking experience
- Excellent knowledge of Siebel OOB functionalities for Siebel Financials and call center modules
- Excellent knowledge of Siebel Activity management, Campaign management and knowledge of Siebel Service Request management
- Good knowledge of Financial Account management
- Strong Business interaction and communication/ stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Presentation skills.
