The Role


The Role


Brief:
Be the integral part of the IT team who will collect, enrich and document Business Requirement specifications, indentify gaps (by virtue of prior knowledge in the field), provide solutions/recommendations based on best practices and prior wealth of experience.
Be the liaison between Business and Vendor(s) (in the case of evaluating vendor products), preparing the necessary comparison criterions for final scoring, streamlining processes, providing clarifications. Preparing final evaluation reports for management.
Interaction with Project Management Office on related achievements, milestones and slippage..etc.
Ensure data integrity, functionality and usage of CRM’s
Prepare weekly reports for business development activities
Maintain inventory of marketing presentations for Relationship Managers

Profile required:
Bachelors degree
Min 3 years of extensive working experience with CRM Selection and implementation process in Retail and Wholesale Banking domain (with MS dynamics or Oracle Siebel)
Strong communication skills, Time management and organization skills
Worked as an IT representative in conduction business information gathering exercises, liaison with vendors, preparation/refining of criterion of vendor selection (business and technical aspects), organizing/attending related presentations, preparing necessary management reporting requirements, involved in the final scoring/evaluation and submission of reports to the management.

Add On Info:
Candidate is required primarily (at this stage) for a pre-implementation phase of a project.
Guide the business for requirement gathering, support the CRM selection process.
Must have clear understanding of IT process and familiar with CRM workflows.
Initial vendor selection and management experience
Prepare selection reports and advice the management with the proposals.
Able to identify the gaps (between the requirements from initial info gathering until system is up and running)
Exposure to required/related programming/parameterization requirements.

NOTE: This position will be outsourced through the banks approved vendor.
