The RoleThe RoleYou will gather business requirements from business users and review them to assess effort and budget required for implementation, and prepare plans to translate them into functional specifications. You will plan and schedule all the new PID related to CRM/OM&F system, preparing and distributing department weekly and monthly reports. You will motivate and support the BSS team for day-to-day activities. You will also ensure a balanced role distribution for all operational tasks, coordinating with the support team to close all incoming issues in the system. You will be coordinating closely with the product development team and customer support team as well as with the billing team for any interface related issues, closing them smoothly. In co-ordination with Quality Assurance team, you will ensure all the defined processes are being followed. In addition, you will make sure that 24X7 support is available to address any CRM/OM&F related issues including training new staff. As part of your role, you will recommend enhancements in the BSS as and when required. You will supervise assigned staff at the level determined by senior management. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Master's degree is preferable with 8 to 10 years of experience including 5 to 8 years in BSS and Telecom with well known CRM and OM&F system. You should be familiar with telecom networks and latest technologies, understanding the wireless/Mobile and fixed line telecom industry with very good understanding of Business/Engineering Processes of Telecommunications Vendors and Service Provider Organizations. |
