Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The individual will be responsible for delivering Dynamics CRM Online and Dynamics CRM On-Premise support for the bank. Their primary focus will be ensuring that all Microsoft users are satisfied with the effectiveness and efficiency of the support they receive. Utilising knowledge of the customer environment , the candidate will deliver timely and high quality incident resolution focussing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer. The individual will effectively manage cases and sub-cases to ensure timely and high quality communication with all contacts in the bank.

The bank is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant who can lead, manage and perform Microsoft CRM implementation projects plus should have good working knowledge on SQL.

The individual should have been successful working with CRM, and there are a number of specific technologies in which they must have a working knowledge, requiring a hybrid between an administrative and developer profile.

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for ensuring that successful solution is delivered on-time and on-budget and that the bank's expectations are exceeded - Quality and consistency is a must!

The individual will need to have a solid working knowledge with the Microsoft CRM, Microsoft SQL and a strong background in project management and business process optimization.

While the primary function will be as a Senior Consultant, from time to time, the individual may be required to assist with other functions including architecture and general administration related activities.

Requirements

- Must have a good understanding of SQL development activities in addition to SQL administration.
- Be familiar with SQL Connectivity (ports, setting up ODBC connections), TSQL (SELECT statements to retrieve data from a database), SQL Server Management Studio for administrative tasks (such as Backup/Restore, changing processor affinity, changing RAM allocation, browsing tables/views, configuring security, etc).
- Experience with SQL Server Profiler is a plus
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree (Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering)
- 5+ years experience with business process analysis and documentation
- 3+ years Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation experience with Microsoft CRM
- 3+ years experience performing CRM data migrations, end-user training, design specification creation, and system configuration
- 4+ years experience working with Microsoft SQL 2012 with all related features clustering , active-on, availability groups, DB Maintenance etc

Functional Knowledge:
- Experience in .NET development
- Experience in CRM dynamics webservers
- Banking experience is a Plus
