CRM Systems Manager – Retail

Job description / Role

Based in Dubai my client are currently recruiting for an experienced CRM Systems Manager shall play a lead role along with their team to plan, lead and execute IT projects of varying scope, risk and complexity for the CRM function specifically. Core responsibility would be business solutions, defining and determine clear deliverables, requirements and resources as well as managing the projects on behalf of the Corporate IT steering committee. The successful consultant will analyses the operational and financial impact, coordinate the implementation of Business Systems, interact & manage stakeholders, vendors, contractors and consultants along with guiding and mentoring specialized teams working on specific projects.

Requirements

Candidates for this role will have the following attributes:

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree holder with a tertiary qualification in project management
• 8 – 10 years of experience in IT
• Current and proven experience in leading and independently managing complex business system implementations across the CRM Services in an Oracle and/or Salesforce environment.
• Core experience of leading cross functional teams
• Having worked in a multi-cultural environment
• Worked on at least one implementation for CRM or Oracle module.
