Employment: Full Time

Our client are looking for an experienced CRM to join a busy office in Dubai,

Salary 10-14,000 AED (dep. on exp.)

Duties:
- Building long term relationship with key stakeholders.
- Building industry knowledge through communication and research
- Ensuring that customer requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner
- Liaising with production support to ensure that future demands can be accommodated
- Providing internal resources with subject matter expertise in the application
- Assessing and reviewing the provision of customer and end user support
- Identifying, and proposing methods for the resolution of customer and end user issues
- Enhance customer and end user experience and decrease support requirements
- Training of internal and external parties as required to ensure efficient operations
- Working with the development team and production support team to identify and implement value adds to the application
- Develop and assist with the implementation of internal policies and procedures for supporting the application in an efficient manner
- Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in call center operations management; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements

- CRM & UAE experience
- Property Development industry advantageous
- Excellent English communication skills
- IT literate in Microsoft Office packages
- Team Player
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexible
