Job description / Role
- Training& Planning in consultation with the managers Design training Plan for the sales team.
- Deliver training as per the approved training plan + other need based training.
- Complete Induction training of New Staff.
- Training Administration, Coordination & Updating Training Records, Report & filing.
- Producing materials for in-house training.
- Conduct Quarterly Product test for all Sales Executives.
- Conduct yearly Sales Executive Competition- RENAULT Retail & Fleet.
- Driving Kaizen culture for Sales & Marketing through employee empowerment.
- Tracking and updating RENAULT BSC Scorecard and Action plans.
- Conducting BSC monthly review meeting for RENAULT Sales.
- Coordinate with GIA audit / OEM audit team for conducting internal audits / PER-4 audit.
- Track the Implementations of GIA Recommendations for Sales & Marketing.
- Tracking the implementation of actions plans from PER-4 audit.
- Supporting in Implementation and monitoring of Action Plans based on the CS survey (ARA report on Recommendation/ Return rate, Competitive & Mystery Shopping )
- Timely completion of other assigned Task and Projects.
Requirements
- Good communication & Presentation skills.
- The ability to encourage and motivate people.
- Problem solving skills and ability to Multi-task.
- Organizational skills and the ability to plan ahead and manage your time
- Excellent Oracle & MS office competency (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Good Automotive Technical Skills.
* Engineering Graduate, preferably an MBA.
