Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Airarabia Egypt is looking for someone to manage its cabin crew operations and on board customer service delivery in accordance with the corporate objectives and the regulatory requirements ensuring high standards of service and maintaining the security and safety of operation across the network.

Key Accountabilities:
- Review and identify areas, which affect the company standards/image and recommend solutions.
- Manage day-to-day crew issues including welfare of crew; standards of grooming; attendance, punctuality and disciplinary matters etc. Review complaints involving Cabin Crew and helping to incorporate lessons learned into briefings, training sessions, procedures, etc.
- Checks rosters for Cabin Crew, ensuring fair and equitable distribution of assignments.
- Responsible for the overall performance management of the crew and the Crew Movement Officers ensuring all aspects is taken into account.
- Carry out flight checks whenever required and provide feedback.
- Responsible for the complete cabin crew cycle from recruitment to exit function.
- Reviews incidents where breaches of regulations; initiates disciplinary action where necessary and reports findings and action taken to the HCS.
- Responsible for achieving on board sales revenue by motivating crew to sell.
- Work closely with the audit and quality check teams to identify areas of non- compliance and seek advice and support from HCS in closing audit findings to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Monitor the delivery of SLA by service providers (catering, uniforms, and in-flight supplies providers).
- Update oneself on all ECAA regulations and keep the HCS informed on regulatory changes; new regulations etc.
- Conduct regular crew meeting and meetings with other departments (Rostering, HR, Safety) to ensure compliance of all policies and procedures.
- Review and approve the flying hours report and the monthly commission payments for crew with regards to catering and duty free sales.

Requirements

- Possesses extensive experience of cabin crew operations, preferably with various airlines as well as appropriate knowledge of the legal requirements of the ECAA, Airbus Company and any other relevant regulatory body.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
